The poor in hospitals can't afford the blood transfusions they need unless someone donates it for them. You see plenty of potential donors rich in blood cells roaming the streets, so you take it upon yourself to redistribute their blood to those in need.

Arrows - Walk
A - Attack
S - Suck
D - Deposit blood
F - Fucking burst

Attacking gives you some blood but sucking gives you more but you need to stand closer to suck.

Deposit areas are one-time use each and marked in violet.

The more blood you temporarily have in you the stronger you become, but also your thirst increases and you start to lose blood quickly - either keep quenching the thirst or deliver the blood to a hospital before it's all gone.
